Hope you are all doing good out there and having a really productive week, I know I have, even though the stuff that I'm doing seem to be a bit scattered all over the place. It's been good to restructure and focus on things again, especially because I'm trying to rethink the way I do things.This means that last week I've made the first steps in not just doing work for work sake, but being more focused and trying to delegate some stuff that is less important and I don't really need to spend my time on that much (oh gosh this sounds so wrong, but it's something I'll need to get used to!). So I've been trying to take more breaks, picked up reading books again, which was also my main inspiration for doing all this. It's a book by Tim Ferris called the "4 hour workweek". and I have to say it's been helping me a lot in thinking about things in a new way, So I'm curious where this will go from here and hopefully I can keep building this momentum, because I do feel less stressed and more at ease this week.Allright, enough chit-chat now let's dive into the good stuff!New podcast episodeIn this week's episode we break down the different sections of a junior position and see what you need to keep in mind... For this I need to be jumping out of my comfort zone again and giving people briefs to get a better hang if it.Finalising the scriptI've been working on a lot of different things this week, as seen from the section above.
