Evening people!I'm spending this week back with friends and family back in Belgium as we did not have the time to go back for the holidays this is our replacement vacation. We will also be going to different cities and taking some pictures and go exploring some more in places we haven't been that much at all. It's kind of weird how much your perspective changes when you move to another country and then come back to the place that you grown up in to see it in a totally different light. It also makes it a good moment to reflect on all the plans that I am making for the upcoming year!Exploring in the snowWe went out exploring the city of Gent for a day in the first snow of the year a couple of days ago, I'm always totally surprised how it totally changes the way a city looks and feels, and for some reason because of the buildings in combination with the snow it took me back to somewhere in the early 20th century, no cars, barely any people and old buildings and roads. Didn't take any pictures, just got completely enveloped in the moment! It was an amazing place with amazing little alleyways, streets and beautiful architecture! To give you an idea I attached this photo (credit goes to city of gent website) just imagine this without the Christmas markets (they weren't there anymore :D)Reading on the sideAlso doing a tiny bit of reading on the side of there is some time to do so, or on the commutes, finished a small book on time management for creatives called "Don't read this book" which gave me some nice ideas for optimising and scheduling my time a bit better. Something I am going to try on my schedule and projects from now on! It's a nice read for sure.,
