Relocation assistance is a benefit package offered by most companies to help you move closer to the location of the studio. These packages can include a whole range of benefits like travel reimbursement, a budget for shipping goods, temporary accommodation and more.
This package can be of great help especially when moving to a different country, which can be super costly.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
They come in all sort of shapes and sizes, some companies have a set budget while other give you a percentage of your wage. The budget for this and how that budget can be used also depends heavily on the company.
These benefit comes in all shapes and sizes, but the budget and how it can be used is controlled by the company themself. Some will give you the money up front while others expect you to pay for it all first and then get the company to reimburse you afterwards based on the receipts you bring back.
